Keith Neville was elected as the new Chairman of SWTFC on Wednesday night.

I am sure you will all join the board in wishing Keith Neville all the best as the clubs new chairman

Keith says:

I have been elected as the new Chairman of Saffron Walden Town FC.

I have a vision of moving this great club that I first represented in 1972 as a young goalkeeper, to a higher plateau

The club is well supported by loyal fans and they deserve the same, to see a higher level of football at Caton’s Lane.

I am in the process of writing a five year business plan for the club which includes a integration of the under 16,18, and reserves teams for a continuous supply of young players to the first team.

We have a very strong Board of Directors who work tirelessly on behalf of the club and are now, one of the strongest set directors the club has ever had.

There will be changes along the way but more importantly and many of them will be for the fans.
