The Reserves are safely through to the next round of the Essex Junior Cup with a 1-0 victory away to Harold Hill
MOM David Kibblewhite scored the goal at the end of a very impressive first half performance. Kibblewhite turned a defender in the box and teed himself up for a well placed left foot effort which left the keeper no chance.
Kibblewhite was just one of many players who impressed in a well drilled 1st half performance. Debutants Pedro Da Silva and Tom Sansom delivered classy displays in the first half. Liam MOIR was another player who impressed with his excellent skills and vision.
The second half offered much less in terms of quality and it was backs to the wall for long periods as Harold Hill played the percentage game and got the ball up top at every opportunity. Keeper Jason HARVEY was up to the challenge and dealt well with everything thrown his way.
A game of two halves maybe... the first being dominated by the Bloods! The second, Game Management was needed and delivered.
